Can you answer Jack S’s question about Hypnosis?:

I’ve been thinking of getting this cd called “SCWL Subliminals - Stop procrastination”, but I thought it might be junk just like all the other self hypnosis stuff is. Any information on this CD or SCWL systems in general would be very helpful, as all I could find online is the their official web site and a lot of information on chemical research (apparently SCWL is also some sort of chemical compound).
